That's what I meant though. The reason why I compared Mr. Anchor to Elder Wraith is because I had thought that Elder Wraith is in the same level range as the new Mr. Anchor, which as you pointed out, is 98. I was trying to point out that the HP/EXP ratio of the Singapore mobs, sans Ulu City, is absolutely insane.
