The new HP cap is a potential 99k...so 4.2k base hp at lv 200 is...low.

There is no reason base HP for ranged chars shouldnt be double or triple what it currently is.

We already knew base formulas were unchanged, otherwise existing characters would be at a major disadvantage. The 99k potential here is irrelevant.
