Finally got to read the comic and see the movie.

Was I the only one disappointed with the way the comic and movie ended?

Endings are such a fickle thing I've stopped worrying about when they're just okay. I wasn't huge on the movie's ending. The comic felt... abrupt. Not bad, just hurried. As previously discussed in other SP threads, the movie deal started after book 2ish, so the endings were written independently of each other.
