If you mean this morning, it's Nexon's fault for screwing something up during the Server Check & causing massive issues. If it's before this morning's Server Check, then I'm not sure, possibly reinstalling?
I'd wait for the Server Check that's going on right now to finish first then see if the problem continues before reinstalling.
