Tokyo Active NEETs has some really cool stuff. Their newest album is a jazz based one, one of the best Touhou Jazz albums I've heard. I like every single track in it.

That fiddle in the begining was a nice touch. I don't think there are many of those aside from ZUN+Akiyama combos:

The Color of the Earth is Yellow
Dancing Waterspray

Aside from that, Lullaby doesn't sound too different from it's other genre arranges (it stays true to it's title as being a lullaby I guess)

I haven't really found anything interesting past Phantasmagoria of Flower View. Maybe it's just me but it seems like ZUN's earlier works sounds ⑨000 times better than it does now.
