So, people lost out on money caus Nexon doesn't know how to properly reimburse cash?

If they roll back to a certain point, they should check how you NX you had in your account at that exact point, and just give you that amount back. It's not even a difficult check, this is what databases are for.

If your only counting a few hundreds but remember there could be thousands, tens of thousands even hundreds of thousands of people that used NX on that time frame, just doing the simple task of checking how much each player spent on that time is kinda huge and then adding it back without mistaking some spends on other games that use NX for spends made in MS.
