So, people lost out on money caus Nexon doesn't know how to properly reimburse cash?

If they roll back to a certain point, they should check how you NX you had in your account at that exact point, and just give you that amount back. It's not even a difficult check, this is what databases are for.

But NX applies to all Nexon games, not just Maple. They would have to see if it was spent on any other games. If not, then rollback, otherwise they have to do more work in figuring out how much was spent, blah blah blah.
