Kanon has very decent voice acting if you get the voice files. As for Hitomi - My Stepsister, it comes with the voice files, so yeah. The voice acting is pretty decent, but I think similar to most VNs, this one might be heavily revolved around sexual content. Kanon = a super exception, you can always stay away from the hentai scenes easily. There are different versions too.
As for Saya, well.. the sex has to be there for the story to make sense.
