Dear pear.

Am I the only one who thinks the word censors are getting REALLY ridiculous? I mean, pineapple, pomegranate, pumpernickel (when it was in use), even peach and passionfruit were okay. But plantain and pimento? wtp? and now dear is censored to pear, how does that even make any sense? what logical reason is there to censor the word "dear"? it's not even a pineappleing curse.

This is by far the single most stupid and most inane and pointless of all the filters, jokingly enacted or otherwise. This has and will continue to disrupt the flow of many a standard conversation that will no doubt occur on this site. Whether it is through the nexon blog update posts or in any given thread throughout the forums it is by far the worst filter idea I've ever yet to lay my eyes on. The novelty of it is outweighed by the level of how much of a nuisance it is instead. The thought is nice, and it was a clever little easter egg to secretly hide away within the forum's filter, but it is highly unneeded.

I've gotta ask why it was even implemented.
