Some people thought/hoped Nexon would find a way to only punish those involved and leave innocent bystanders untouched.
However, past experience has shown that they can't really do that.
Let's not mince words here. It was quite obvious certain maplers wanted to benefit from the inflated sales of items, while still wanting the original hackers punished. That is also a major no-no. Clearly the lure of selling 2 blue snails at max mesos was too good for greedy dudes. Let's all welcome chameleonic back to poverty. Your wooden fence, sir?
