Didn't see anybody saying that. Everyone knew they'd do something, just as soon as they woke up and realized there was an exploit running rampant (which, since they are quite horrible, took about 24 hours longer than it should have. Or two weeks, depending on how you look at it).
Some people thought/hoped Nexon would find a way to only punish those involved and leave innocent bystanders untouched.
However, past experience has shown that they can't really do that.
