Althought not KPop but has an extremely similar beat, JPop artists such as Mizca and Girl Next Door might be up your alley.

Don't listen to J-Pop that much anymore, I've been more into Visual-K lately. Try looking up some Ayumi Hamasaki.

Ayu specilizes in generic Jpop and ballads. Here's some of her dance hits but you won't find much of these:
