I'd like to ask this very long, is that really hard to get a 3-lined potential? or its just a 50/50 bet?

Not 50/50, that's for sure.
I've heard numbers from 1 in 3 to 1 in 10 items are 3 lined.
I'd love to see some numbers from someone who's actually kept track of all items potentialled (or found w/hidden potential).

Keep in mind that SEA might not have the same numbers as GMS, though.
