Some. Basically all low level common class gear like Pac's and WG's takes a serious beating. To illustrate, a 20 att WG aint even close to a lvl 80 class glove with 14 att and a nice % main stat, nor would it gain much from being potentialed since it is at such a low lvl tier. Everything level 71+ is still very much usable, but you will have to risk at least a 90% potential scroll on them to stay on top. Also the godliy items out there will only stay truely godly if they get 3 lines, and that is not as common as one would like.
