Can -Hime- be trusted on her statement?

I just hope she's wong on this one.

-Because she isnt a part of the dev-team, so she doesn't get all the data packages directly.
-She said "neo city" in her post and completly avoided saying Neo tokyo.
-Neo city, for us, is completed, or is as complete of a hellhole can be.
-The big bang update may be released in about 25 days at least. After that theres only a small number of world tour areas left and eventualy we will get Neo tokyo as a result of a lack of challenging content.
- But most of all, who in the right mind would trust -hime- when she just leads people on?

I'll use the argument Azure said earlier. In MSEA it's called Tokyo not Neo Tokyo. Just like Kaede is called Ninja Castle.
