I just wanted to point out that the actual name used for what we call Neo Tokyo is just plain old "Tokyo" in MapleSEA. See here:http://media.strategywiki.org/images/6/6..._Tokyo.png
If we ever did get it, it would be under the name "Tokyo" not Neo Tokyo probably. I just question whether Hime knows what she's talking about. She's been wrong with Evan skillbooks, and has always been very vague. Leaving out Tokyo from a Japan related area is odd I think.
