But as you brought up, I agree it's totally possible to do as such. The problem is the dependence makes it a common situation where you need it, and you need to work for it. I don't believe such dependence should be as much as it is now. But as you said, what can you do? Just ask for it! lol

Anyway, yeah, if you wanted to take advantage of the possibilities NX gives you, such as cubing, 2x, Gach and some others, yeah, the game becomes NX heavy, and once you get those you have problems living without them. Point is, F2P, P2Enjoy at its fullest. Sadly.
It's good for some other games though. DFO isn't NX heavy as MapleStory is.
