JMST is post-BB GMS

Im not saying they don't read tickets, Im saying their response time is terrible. If they go through so many tickets talking about the same glitch/exploit, then why does it take so long for them to fix it.

Simply because that's how debugging and patching works. It can take anywhere from a few minutes to months to find a very specific glitch that's buried within hundreds of thousands of lines of code which even then can be easily overlooked. Then they have to go about how to fix the glitch and test it out to see if it's actually fixed that specific glitch. After, test for any complications it may have caused. If it does cause complications, it's either back to the drawing board or they try to "fix the fix," for lack of a better definition.
