But you KNOW somebody out there is going to use their rights to hurt other people. I mean, they are already doing it without said rights!
I prefer to prevent negativities from happening, rather than dishing out punishment after things have been said and done.

Except outright bans on it in the end create more problems. People want it and will get it regardless. There's a reason we ended prohibition in the USA.

With anything, there's gonna be problems associated with it, but that is sort of just a fact of life we have to live with.
