Get into an account, transfer item to another id via duey > Re-login that character with another PC [and duey it again and again] > logoff the first character used for duey-ing > logoff the second character via another PC
if those doesn't work
Get into an account > Transfer item to storage, change channel and open storage > get another PC > Open another character of that ID > open storage and take out the item from both logins.

This happens because the Storage is committed to database upon channel change/logoff and by double login, you have access to the same data cached to the server at the same time. Therefore retrieving another copy of it legitly.
This is just some general knowledge I know of.
