JMS Big Bang Tespia Open For All (?)

I know Epic items can drop, can Unique ones? How often do they have good stats? Since the Potential patch came out, I personally have found 1 single Epic item and it had relatively useless stats (2% int 1% luk).

I found 4% luck, 6 dex level 60 thief shoes at like, Lycanthropes or something when I was going for the Maple Explorer medal.
