Public Reward means it's not based on the one who dealt more damage to the monster, and that even a leecher can loot the item if no one does.
Oh, I get it now. It's like when Zakum and The Boss (giant old guy in Showa) dies and the items fly higher in the air than normal.
Also, how are Bodyguard A, B, and The Boss?
