Explorer’s Magical & Critical Ring Coupon Known Issue

Hopefully this actually means a solid patch on the 18th. Been way too long since we've had an actual content filled patch.

I don't get this. They added two patches worth of content in the late september patch, but people still need a patch for new content to count.
