(Not looking for an argument) Kabanaw the fact that Ninja Castle was added ALMOST concerts the fact Neo Tokyo WILL come. Now I'm not NEXON your not NEXON so we don't know. Your right they could very well not impliment it. But theres so much to back up the fact that we COULD get it. We won't know until Wednesday or later tonight or tomorrow to know exactly whats in the patch. We could very well end up with Ulu and China(fat chance) we don't know we're not NEXON. I agree there is a chance we might not get it, however, theres more proof backing we will get it than not.
Basically this. Anything is as good of a chance as neo tokyo. It's a possibility, but it's a smaller possibility then others because of the imposter we call Neo City. It could happen, but.. we just can't say anything. And Kaede is not a sign that Neo Tokyo will come or has a very good chance to come; the only thing it signified was that they have not forgotten about world tour.
