Obscenity is a non-negotiable offense. The fact he did it not once, but twice, eliminates his right to be here and any pretense of knowing what he did wasn't wrong. The "You hate me" excuse is childish crap considering I don't know him from a knothole. Everyone is responsible for their own actions and paying the consequences for them.
The fact he was back doesn't mean anything except we don't check the ban on sight list all that often unless people are still being problematic. I happened to have been reviewing the list yesterday however for the amnesties.
The fact he's received an infraction as recently as 2010-10-19 06:59 PM doesn't really help his case, he should've been re-banned then.
