I have a friend irl (she's Caucasian), and she's actually fluent in Japanese even though she's in the US. Definitely hates anime, for sure. Rants about it constantly. But her boyfriend is overseas in Japan, so yea. I've seen her spoke Japanese once, and she really.. sounded like an actual Japanese person, rather scary. >___> Think she must have studied Japanese for years and years..
