Put it this way, they could've done a lot more to fix things, yet they decided not to, and instead introducing this, which is...... almost analogous to the ticketing system. Problem is they couldnt give a damn about submitted tickets, so would they care about these information? Or is this just another "we are trying to fix things" ploy?
What to note here is that many has already reported problems, and surely, if they get a test team of 5 people, setting up the appropriate OS etc, get them to play the game, they'd probably get more out of it than putting an empty promise into the client. This is what I deemed as trying.
Also, its funny how most people reported that eTracer didnt pop up for them. Gotta wonder if they tested this before releasing their clients. Empty promises are empty.
