Question about reformatting

how far back is your furthest restore point? it kinda sounds like you have a fairly malignant piece of software on your computer whether you were the one who got it there or not.

from my experience vista disks really dont do anything for anything but vista unless its a brand new copy of vista, which will overwrite xp.

do have anything good in the way of anti-virus or spyware removal tools?
