Most of the pants I have blown up have been either Level 20 or Level 30.
*Nvm, just read that it isn't for HB. Lars, what if you get Lvl 90 pants and they come out 2 lines? That would suck.
In most cases
6/4/4 = 14%
9/6 = 15%
So it doesn't really matter. And if you're dead set on 3 stat, like someone said just reforge.
