Monster Hunter 3: Tri was pretty fun.
Somewhat-hack and slash, but you can use the Classic Controller if you'd prefer (somewhat easier in the long run, honestly.).
It's very combat heavy, but a lot of(read as; all except one) the bosses require memorization of movement, etc.
