CrazyNomad, a popular Kazakh television personality, leaves his homeland of Kazakhstan for the "Greatest Forum in the World," "Southperry" to make a documentary film at the behest of the fictitious Kazakh Ministry of Information. He leaves behind his mother, his wife, Hazzy, and other colorful characters of the town including "the town rapist(Mute)", "the town mechanic and abortionist(Mute)", and brings along his producer SniperJohn, and his pet chicken, Metaseraphim . Much of the movie features unscripted vignettes of CrazyNomad interviewing and interacting with Southperrians, who believe he is a foreigner with little or no understanding of Southperrian customs.
