I recommend buying storage slots.
If your two chars are logged in at once you can just have them trade each other, no need for storage at all.
Right now when you make a new character you have to decide whether you want it on the same account for BoF and account-sharable gear (including cash shop items if it's an explorer),
or in a separate account so you could use it at the same time as your main to buff it, or self-leech, or party with yourself, or just be two places at once (such as having a shop open while training).
If this multi-login were actually a feature added to the game, it would solve that dilemma.
