To sum up what i read:
He's the basic minecraft character who runs around in your maps and build stuff, you'll find 2x2 tunnels and the likes and stuff that is without a doubt man-made. Whenever you see him he'll be running around at the edge of the 'fog' and can only be seen if you got fog on. And herobrine is the brother of notch or something something.
Just some creepy-paste.
