Terror on the High Seas!

The past few server checks we've had to download patch files even though it didn't update the entire game client. I'm sayiing after the server check if this is indeed in there then a few patch files will have to be downloaded but it won't be changed from V.90 like an update would do. Hope that makes sense >.>

The patcher ran to get the new EXE file to fix client sided stuff. This can be done without changing the version. However, with Nexon patching the WZ files that means a version change regardless of how small it is. Modern repackers can repack to any version, but Nexon doesn't work like this.
