Not on the same lvl buddy, the amount of crap you have to go through just to overclock your iphone is beyond tedious.Also overclocking your iphones doesn't work for everyone. For those that it works they only notice a small speed change. Droids are open sources apple phones arent.
I know what jail breaking is compared to rooting a droid it doesn't come close.
