i'm no bieber fan but the kid was not only being a general nuisance but called him an offensive term. bieber didn't even assault him, he bumped into him and because he's rich and famous they're making it out to be more than it was. it's hard not to bump into someone who's on your back. this is as ridiculous as any paparazzi lawsuit.

there's also a big difference between saying "lol you're gay" and straight up calling someone a "papayagot", which is what this kid did.
