My calculations probably aren't that accurate because of the prices. There are many possible equip combinations that could prove that DEXless > low DEX and vice-versa. I probably could've calculated with a Craven instead of a Scarab and gotten a better result. But yeah, that was without a scrolled Zhelm, and without a +1 HT Pendant.
It's too hard to calculate with good chaos scrolled equips because they aren't in the 3B range and I would have to think of numbers again.
