I doubt they'll fix the quests, since, let's say, that Amoria quest has been broken since Amoria came out. I WOULD like them to fix the quests though...
Yeah, Nexon seems to be improving their customer service lately, although at first it just seemed like they're faking being nice, since just before 0.56 they were... almost non-existant.
But I'm fine with what they're doing right now. My only will from Nexon is NOT to pull another 26 hour patch...
