Total w.atk = 111 (61 + 15 + 4 + 2 + 29 (c.ilbis))

Minimum Damage: 1334
Maximum Damage: 2338
DEXless Hermit's stats:
25 base DEX + 20 = 45
500 base LUK + 68 = 568
4 base STR + 20 = 24
4 base INT + 20 = 24
Total w.atk = 106 (56 + 15 + 4 + 2 + 29 (c.ilbis))

Correct me if I made any errors please. That proves that Low DEX with ~3.2B funding is stronger than a DEXless with 3.3B funding. Look at the clean Zhelm + no HT Pendant. If they both had about 500 mil to buy a HT Pendant, and 200 mil to scroll their Zhelms to 27+ DEX, the low DEX would obviously be stronger since he can switch to a 64 Craven (since it's about the same price as the 61/3 LUK Scarab).
I actually have a 60/3 LUK Scarab instead of a 61/3, and a 4/6 LUK PAC instead of a 4/4. I made those changes because a 4/4 LUK PAC is 100 mil less than a 4/6. I could use that 100 mil to upgrade my claw. There are many equip combinations that will change the results so I guess my calculations don't prove too much.
