Ive known that Juarez is bad, I just never knew that it was THAT bad.
My father is Mexican, my grandmother moved from Mexico City to New Mexico long ago. My father swears up and down that Juarez is one of the worst places in the world, and to never go there if you can avoid it. He tells stories to my sisters and I about drug cartels or children who are kidnapped there. I know this can happen elsewhere, but I think he himself is just very scared of it and tries to instill in us that we should try to stay away.
