Before my 18% int and 3% luk are applied, I have 955 int and 135 luk with MW20, and 257 Magic Attack with Spell Mastery, Magic Mastery, and Meditation.
ratio = (int + (luk/4)) / MA = 3.84. Must've done the math wrong earlier. I have pretty low magic attack, though, since I don't have my EStaff 6 yet, my gloves aren't scrolled and my earrings are unfinished. Well funded mages should be able to get way over 300 MA.
