I don't really think giving MMs really good 1v1 through ultimate strafe is that bad a trade for less useful snipe. The only thing it's useful for now is bypassing w.def up, but you don't have to max it early because it's a low cooldown at early levels anyway. Think of it as an ultimate for bosses or something. o.o MMs have better mobbing through pierce and they max their strongest 1v1 skill in 3 levels instead of 10...while BMs have to spend 10 levels into hurricane.
