[COLOR="green"]You all wake up to the sounds of your alarm clocks, and venture through your house to the kitchen for breakfast. Some people grab cereal, some toast, others just grab coffee; but no matter what it is you're eating, you all sit down and pop on the morning news.
A man appears on the TV, his suit as crisp as always.
"Hello everyone. This is the Breakfast Platter, everyone's favorite morning news. Bret Glide here to update you on the goings on of our peaceful little town.
Or maybe it isn't so peaceful. As much as I hate reporting things like this, nothing like this has been seen in this town in ages."
The screen flashes over to a typical crime scene, with a body covered by a cloth.
"A man was found beaten to death in his own home this morning. His body is covered with bruises, some defensive, but showing he was obviously assaulted by more than one person. What's even more strange is that nothing appears to be missing from the man's home, nor does it look like his house has been ransacked. Whatever happened here last night, nobody is sure of the motive. The police are doing the best they can, so hopefully we will know some more on this case later.
In response to this incident, a town meeting has been called today, in the town meeting hall at 11 AM."
You switch the TV off and check the clock. Better get ready fast.
An hour or so later, a large group of the town is gathered in the meeting hall. Everyone shuffles around in their seats, talking to people they know about sports or fishing. A man steps up to the podium. It is George Kimbley, the mayor of the town.
"Well everyone, I'm guessing since you're here, you know about what happened last night. And you also know how strange this is for a town like ours. I don't know about you, but I've had an odd feeling for a while now, and it's not going away. Whatever the reason this man is dead, I'm sure he won't be the only one. The police haven't released all of the information yet, but they were pretty clear on how this man was killed for nothing other than to be killed. So I propose that we go looking for the people responsible. Let's all vote today on who we think is a member of this horrible killing ring that has reared its ugly head, and once we pick someone, we'll lynch them. I know it's a bit old school, but for right now, it looks like it's our best option to find the evil among us."
