I think Blizzard is doing worse than NEXON in the terms of customer service. So bad that one guy said he waited 2 years for a response and then by the time he got it he had already quit.
Maplestory doesn't have as many active players as WoW does. Nowhere near as many. Yet the ratio of Nexon criticisms to players is far higher than WoW criticisms to players. Do not give me extreme examples. Give me average turn around times. For Maplers it's 2 weeks to a month. For WoWers it's less than a week. We have Maplers at southperry alone who are well on their way to waiting 2 years for Nexon to fix their problems.

If they had no competition, their profit numbers would be much higher. But they aren't. They don't even release their profit numbers. They just give revenue numbers every so often and those numbers aren't impressively high.
This idea that Nexon profits hand over fist from some of you is quite strange. Is this just something from inside your head? In the business world, if you don't announce your profit numbers, you probably aren't making a whole lot of profit. Nexon hasn't even been announcing their revenue numbers as of late. Sure they have shown time and time again they do what they want, but that doesn't mean it spells profit or 'revenue maximization'. Why some people automatically assume this shows presumptuousness that might not even be worth listening.
So no, claiming they rake in tons of profit after every patch or that 'Nexon doesn't have competition' doesn't make much sense. Silly kids.
