Sort of like Evan being a April(or March) update on the very last day.
I'm still looking at beginning to mid November release. Nexon is a consumer product on display in stores; why wouldn't they be bought? If people are buying gifts, and someone has told them they want NX card for christmas because this awesome new patch came out, then they would get more business. A patch in December would then ensure that the interest in the game holds, and one more in January clinches some loose Christmas money. Plus there are still the people that would go out and buy cards for themselves.
