We already know what type of Graphics Card you're using. You're using a lame little SiS Chip which is basically integrated graphics. In other words, your graphics card stinks.
I'd invest in a decent Graphics Card for a start. It'll cost you around $70 for a decent one, and remember that Maplestory isn't the only thing you're getting the Graphics Card for. With a good Graphics Card, you'll be able to play a lot of games better, so you'll be ready whenever you decide to quit Maple.
I just searched Newegg, and found this little jewel. It's probably the best graphics card you can get without spending a lot of money. You'll even be able to get DirectX 10 on that. And 512MB memory? Sign me up for that.
Oh, and I have a question for you. Are you able to handle the lag in the Channel 1 Free Market?
