Visitor Armor -- How should I upgrade it?

10 cells to make it turn from bing to visitor suit. 12 cells on every piece of equip evenly before you can focus your cells on 1 single piece.
It will end up looking like the stat you have the most of.

If the event begins in one week from Stage 2:

841 medals max from initial quest
129 medals max per day from daily quests x 7

1744 medals?

Not enough to make a full visitor suit in time...

I'll str scroll everything but the shoes. Can't really see the shoes anyway
