Some say it might have changed after Big Bang patch, but all I know is they have a different list compared to what we have in GMS. Since it's quite difficult to find information regarding KMS, I'd figure getting a list is more comprehensive and convenient.
Edit: Never mind, I believe Takebacker said he had earrings that gave +1 all skills, guess it was taken out from earrings after. I'll look around Insoya to see if anything unusual pops out.
