All the Ulu City Mobs are in the data already that would mean before Novemember 3rd they would have to change all the mobs to fit to the Big Bang formula. Releasing it by the VERY END of November or VERY EARLY Decemember gives them all the time they need to change it plus the chance to do this:
Early December-Big Bang
Late December-Resistance
January-Mechanic
The original version of China is actually amazing. Though if we do get any nerfed version Taiwan would be the better bet because of the boss and its hp:exp ratio.
