The only defence in KMS is PDRate. Sacrifice ignores all of PDRate, which goes up to 70% damage reduction at Pink Bean. I've till now only seen one 'smart' video of a DrK, he was training in Lionheart, and using Sacrifice whenever he came 1v1, and crusher at 1v2/3.
I think Heroes>DrK at training (without the Purple Surfboards for sure), and DrK>Heroes at bossing.
That's just what I think.
